Effect of globalisatiot to my town

People are more connected now then ever before. It is effect of globalisation. This process is common now all over the world.
My town Stavropol is not exception. Over the past time there have been a lot of changes there. Globalisation has became the cause of the wide variety or changes of people lives. First of all the multinational corporations have appeared and an increase of the number of migrants, especially illegal, have been causes of the great number of workers in Stavropol. There has been an increase in the population and the town is more prosperous because of the arrival of multinational corporations who have attracted workers from other areas. The prosperity has also attracted many illegal migrants. This has created a clash of cultures between Russian employees and migrants. As a resul the level of unemployment has gone up notibly. In addition the big number of migrants from different areas of the country is a cause of difficult relationship between nationalities and it has became a problem in my town.
On the other hand there are some advantages of globalisation in Stavropol. Everywhere we can see Mc Donald's and other restaurants where people can try food from different countries. Satellite TV and the Internet now are common in nearly each family. Moreover consumers have opportunities to buy goods of international brands thanks to international trade.
